I am constantly in search of lenders who are wanting YOUR business.  The market has tightened down and some lenders do not want to lend on vacant property or investment property without a higher interest rate. Mobile homes with age are a prime example of difficult financing issues.  I constantly ask bankers and mortgage brokers to find loans programs with better interest on mortgages to fit your budget and to inform me when they do.  This makes the financing portion much easier for you the buyer when YOU are able to contact the lenders and tell them which program you heard might suit you.  In turn this is a big plus for those wanting to sell.
