County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, past Chair
of Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, a member of the Breckinridge
Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, a member of the Breckinridge
Memorial Hospital Foundation Board and past committee member for the
Family Youth Resource Service Center. My contacts with
community leaders are an endless resource for home buyers and
sellers.
The Rough River area has grown tremendously since it's beginning in
1961. There are 2.9 million tourists that visit Rough River Lake
annually. I am constantly out in the community networking with
associates from various committees and projects going on in the
area. .These contacts allow me to talk about property listings and
what I may have that would become their dream home. This is a prime

Internet advertising is an added exposure you get

lenders who are wanting YOUR business. The market has
tightened down and some lenders do not want to lend on vacant
property or investment property without a higher interest rate.
Mobile homes with age are a prime example of difficult financing
issues. I constantly ask bankers and mortgage brokers to find loans
programs with better interest on mortgages to fit your
budget and to inform me when they do. This makes the financing portion much easier for
you the buyer when YOU are able to contact the lenders and tell them which
program you heard might suit you. In turn this is a big plus for those wanting to sell. Where else
